Property Accountant

Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, bank reconciliation, CAM and tax reconciliation, and preparation of annual budgets. The Property Accountant has daily interaction with Property Managers, banks, and clients. The successful candidate should have a degree in Accounting or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience in Skyline, Yardi, and/or MRI as well as Kardin is a plus.
