Mid-America's Investment Sales Group Closes on Sale of Sanders Court in Northbrook

NORTHBROOK, Ill.  (October 8, 2009) – Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois-based Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently closed on the sale of Sanders Court, a 136,219 square foot grocery-anchored neighborhood center in Northbrook, Ill.  The buyer, Northbrook-based The Cloverleaf Group, purchased the center for an undisclosed amount from Sanders Court Partners LLC. Mid-America's Mike George and Joe Girardi represented the seller in the transaction, while the buyer was represented in-house.

The center, which is located at the southwest corner of Dundee and Sanders Roads in Northbrook, includes tenants Dominick’s, Staples, Fitness 19, Subway, Curves, Sally Beauty, and Butterfield’s Pancake House & Restaurant.
