
MARION, Ohio (June 13, 2012) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group announced the recent sale of the Marion Towne Centre in Marion, Ohio, approximately 50 miles north of Columbus. The center was purchased from a lender by a private investment group for an undisclosed amount.
Marion Towne Center is a 426,905 square-foot single-story, enclosed regional mall located in the strong retail corridor of an established Ohio community. The property is anchored by Elder-Beerman, JoAnn Fabrics and a separately-owned Sears. Other retailers include Wolf Bros Supply, Dollar General, House of Hunan and a free-standing McDonald’s.
