Position Overview – NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS required.
As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, you will work with tenants, landlords, investors, and developers with emphasis in the retail sector. This role offers the flexibility to shape your career, while benefiting from mentorship and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of properties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze trends
• Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with team members to identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate lease and sale transactions to achieve client objectives

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate salesperson or broker (or ability to obtain license)
• Strong interest in retail and related commercial real estate (experience preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
