Financial Analyst, Investment Sales

The Wisconsin office is seeking a career-minded professional to join our team in the role of Financial Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the underwriting of retail properties
- Gather and research sales and rent comparables
- Provide cash flow modeling, abstract leases and evaluate relevant documents
- Conduct market research
- Prepare and write Offering Memorandum
Position Requirements:
- Degree in finance or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced writing skills
- Technologically savvy
- Exceptional communication skills
- Working knowledge of Argus preferred
