Investment Sales Financial Analyst

This role supports investment sales activity through detailed financial analysis, underwriting, market and property research, offering material preparation, and database management. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear, accurate analysis for brokers, clients, and prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite retail investment properties
• Prepare detailed offering memorandums and related investment sales materials
• Research and compile sales and rent comparables
• Build and maintain financial models using Excel and Argus
• Abstract leases and review relevant due diligence materials
• Conduct market research to support pricing recommendations, investor targeting, competitive positioning, and client deliverables
• Assist with Opinions of Value, Offering Memorandum, proposals, and client presentations
• Maintain and update internal investment sales databases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, business or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Argus preferred; ability to learn and apply real estate financial modeling tools required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage, organize, and maintain large sets of property, investor, and transaction data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Technologically proficient.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
