Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Broadway Central, an incredibly located neighborhood shopping center in Denver, Colorado. 

Broadway Central is 87% leased to an appealing array of restaurant and service providers including Starbucks, Chipotle, Noodles & Company, Car Toys, Tropical Smoothie, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Zaika Express, and Red Ginger. The 22,714-square-foot neighborhood shopping center is positioned along 6th Avenue with frontage and access from both Broadway Street and Lincoln Avenue.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Vice President and Licensed Colorado Broker, Emily Gadomski, represented the buyer, Northpond Partners, in the transaction. The seller, a private family trust, was represented by Matt Hillerud of Hogan Douglas.
