Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Germantown Plaza, an attractive necessity retail center in Germantown, a growing middle-class suburban community in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metropolitan area. The 63,750-square-foot center was sold to HJ Development.
ALDI, Petco, and Michaels have all been operating at Germantown Plaza since 2003. With over 441K annual visits to the center generated by these tenants, Germantown Plaza is one of the top retail centers in the trade area. The center serves the fast-growing northwest suburbs of Milwaukee and benefits from an upper middle-class population of 34,500 residents enjoying average household incomes of more than $107,000 within a three-mile radius.
