The subject offering features a highly desirable tenancy featuring a top regional grocery store, discount retail, dining, personal services, and multiple outlots. The 116,135-square-foot center was sold to Essential Growth Properties.

Silvernail Plaza is one of the dominant centers serving the communities of Pewaukee and Waukesha. Over 62% of the center GLA is leased by credit tenants, including Metro Market and Dollar Tree, offering an investor stable cash flows. In addition, Wendy’s, Arby’s, and Firestone (included in the sale) front the subject offering, providing excellent daytime and evening traffic to the center. Metro Market is one of the most popular grocery chains in the state of Wisconsin.
