Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Fairlane North Shopping Center in Dearborn, MI, a 151,121 square foot community center featuring a complementary mix of national and regional specialty retailers. Â
Dabaja Brothers Development Group, a Detroit area-based company, has acquired Fairlane North located at Ford Road and Mercury Drive in Dearborn. The property will be rebranded as Dabaja Fairlane North Properties, marking a new chapter for the center under local ownership.
