The property is shadow anchored by a top-performing Cub Foods grocery store and features an absolute net ground lease, eliminating any landlord responsibilities.
Valvoline, a leader in preventative vehicle maintenance, operates nearly 1,000 company-owned locations and has achieved 17 consecutive years of sales growth. In 2024 alone, the company added 158 new stores and plans to expand to over 3,500 locations. The Oakdale site offers outstanding visibility and accessibility along Interstate 694—bordering Bergen Plaza—which sees traffic volumes exceeding 74,900 vehicles per day.
