Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Avondale Commons in Chicago, Illinois. The 119,565 square-foot shopping center was sold to a publicly-traded REIT.

Avondale Commons is an urban shopping center located in one of Chicago’s hottest northside neighborhoods – Avondale.  The property features long-term leases with LA Fitness, Floor & Decor, and Olive Garden.
