Chatham Ridge is located within the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago.  Chatham is a south side neighborhood that straddles the highly trafficked Dan Ryan Expressway. The grocery-anchored center is 95% leased to a dynamic tenant line-up including Food 4 Less, Dollar Tree, Rainbow, O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Footaction/Flight 23, Starbucks, Subway, Wing Stop, Verizon Wireless, Marshalls, and US Renal Care.
