CHICAGO (March 3, 2021) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of a brand-new construction Grocer in the western suburbs of Chicago.  The 35,000-square-foot property was purchased by a publicly traded Net Lease REIT.

The Grocer is part of large redevelopment which also features a new LA Fitness Signature Club, Mariano’s, Walgreens, Starbucks, and Raising Cane’s.
