CHICAGO (July 8, 2021) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Newport Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky. The 336,907 square-foot fortress shopping center was sold to Rainier Companies.
Newport Pavilion is anchored by one of the top performing Kroger stores in the country and includes a dynamic anchor tenant line-up which includes Target (separately owned), Michaels, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, ULTA, and PetSmart.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Rick Drogosz, and Principal Joe Girardi were the exclusive brokers in the transaction of the seller, a joint-venture between DRA Advisors/IRC Retail Centers managed by Pine Tree.
