The 181,024 square-foot grocery and discount department store-anchored regional shopping center was sold to Irvine, California-based Sperry Equities (with a local office in Schaumburg, IL).

Willow Creek Center is a 87% leased regional shopping center is anchored by Kohl’s, ALDI, Michaels, and Planet Fitness, all of which are leaders in their respective product categories and provide stability to the center. In addition, the anchors are complemented by an exceptional mix of highly successful national restaurants, including Chipotle, McAlister’s Deli, Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s, and more.
