CHICAGO (February 25, 2022) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of a dominant grocery anchored center serving the Columbus, Ohio area. The 116,707-square-foot property was sold to a Private Buyer.
Market at Stelzer houses the #1 most visited Giant Eagle in the Columbus MSA, reporting over 865,200 visits per year according to Placer.ai data. Complementing the grocer is a diverse line-up of service, dining, and medical tenants including Subway, Wingstop, WellNow Hometown Urgent Care, El Rodeo Mexican restaurant, The UPS Store, and Marco’s Pizza. Market at Stelzer is located in the hot spot of Ohio retailer locations and near the country’s premier center, Easton Town Center.
