Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Executes Sale of The Home Depot in Detroit Community of Dearborn

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of a single tenant, triple net property leased to The Home Depot. The 111,805-square-foot property is a freestanding portion of the Fairlane North Shopping Center in the west suburban Detroit community of Dearborn, positioned at the highly trafficked interchange of Ford Road and the Southfield Freeway.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Ben Wineman, in cooperation with Mid-America Real Estate – Michigan, Inc. Principals Tony Schmitt and Daniel Stern (licensed Michigan real estate brokers), were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the Seller, a private investment company. The Purchaser was a private investor represented by Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in conjunction with Preston Schwartz, Chad Kurz, and Kevin Puder.
