Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of Dix-Toledo Shopping Center, a 121,184 square foot community center located in the Detroit suburb of Southgate, Michigan.
Dix-Toledo Shopping Center is 92% leased to national retailers TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dollar Tree, Chuck E. Cheese, Snipes, and Hook & Reel, among others.

Principal / Managing Broker Daniel Stern, served as exclusive listing brokers on behalf of the seller, a private family. The purchaser was a Detroit based private investment company.
