CHICAGO (February 9, 2021) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of West Village Center in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The 142,724 square-foot retail center was purchased by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison.
The 93% leased grocery-anchored center features Lunds & Byerlys, one of the strongest boutique grocery chains in the country that combines traditional grocery store offerings with an upscale prepared food and produce section.
