MINNEAPOLIS October 28, 2024 – Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC announced October 11, 2024, that it has facilitated the sale of Courthouse Shopping Center in the vibrant trade area of Eagan, Minnesota. Mid-America Real Estate and Atlas Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Vadnais Associates, LLC. The 9,722-square-foot center was sold to a Twin Cities- based private investor.

Courthouse Shopping Center, located at 3090 Courthouse Lane, is an 85% leased single-story convenience retail center adjacent to Holiday Gas Station. Tenants within the center include Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, The Jewelry Exchange, Crossfit, and Friendly Nails.
