BURNSVILLE, MN – Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, is pleased to announce the sale of Burnsville Crossing, a 90,915-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at 14270 Plymouth Avenue in Burnsville, Minnesota. The property sold for $8.7 million and was 100% occupied at the time of sale.

The property is strategically positioned at the intersection of County Road 42 and Plymouth Avenue within Burnsville’s established regional retail trade area, which encompasses approximately 1.6 million square feet of retail space and maintains a vacancy rate of approximately 3%.

Burnsville Crossing features a diverse mix of established local and regional retailers, including Furniture Mart and Big Air Trampoline Park, along with Cosmo Prof, TC Running Company, Miracle-Ear and other tenants. The fully occupied center offered investors stable in-place cash flow with significant long-term upside potential.

The transaction brought together two local retail investors, with Manna Capital successfully executing its business plan through the sale and Eric Zehnder, through Burnsville Crossing Center, LLC, acquiring the property with an opportunity to create additional value.
