Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Pulaski Promenade, a 100% leased shopping center catering to Chicago’s dense southwest side. The 122,710-square-foot center was sold to a private California-based buyer.
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Rick Drogosz and Ben Wineman were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree.
