MILWAUKEE (Jan. 25, 2022) – Mid-America Real Estate Group, the Midwest’s largest regional retail property services firm, announced today that it has facilitated the sale of 84South Small Shops, a 17,805-square-foot retail center built in 2018 along highly traveled Layton Ave. in Greenfield, Wis. Mid-America marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Cobalt Partners. E&K Land, LLC purchased the asset for $9,350,000.

Tenants at 84South Small Shops, located at 8775-8871 W. Sura Lane, include Men’s Hair House, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, MOD Pizza, FedEx Office and Cafe Zupas. Additionally, the retail center’s 195,768 SF shadow anchor includes a diverse mix of tenants including Kohl’s, Fresh Thyme Market, Marshall’s, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below and Steinhafels.
