CHICAGO (April 24, 2020) –  Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Roseville Towne Center in Roseville, Michigan. The 89,883 square-foot community shopping center was sold to a private 1031 exchange buyer in April 2020.
Roseville Towne Center is positioned in the suburban Detroit community of Roseville in southern Macomb County, 18 miles northeast of downtown Detroit. The property is situated in the heart of the Gratiot Avenue regional trade area, and anchored by Marshalls, CVS (drive-thru), Five Below, and Dollar Tree. The shopping center is also anchored by a separately owned Walmart.
