CHICAGO (July 28, 2021) – Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team recently brokered the sale of Walgreens & Bank of America in Chesterfield, Missouri. The 16,908 square-foot retail property was sold to Lincoln, NE based Thompson Realty Group.
Walgreens & Bank of America are located in The West County suburban St. Louis community of Chesterfield. Bank of America was constructed in 2001 and Walgreens in 2002. The center is situated on a 4.22-acre parcel at the hard corner of Clayton and Baxter Roads.
