Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Baytowne Shoppes and Square in Champaign, Illinois. The two adjacent complimentary shopping centers were sold to Stonefield Partners.

Baytowne Shoppes & Square is a community shopping center averaging over 1.7 million visits annually and is anchored by PetSmart, Staples, Ulta, Dollar Tree, Party City, Rally House, and Citi Trends. Complimenting the anchor tenants is a diverse line-up of service, dining, and medical tenants including Buffalo Wild Wings, Great Clips, Milan Laser Hair Removal, Jenny Craig, Bard Optical, Baytowne Dental Center, and many more.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Rick Drogosz and Joe Girardi were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree.
