Complimenting the anchor tenants is a diverse line-up of service, dining, and medical tenants including Buffalo Wild Wings, Great Clips, Milan Laser Hair Removal, Jenny Craig, Bard Optical, Baytowne Dental Center, and many more.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Rick Drogosz and Joe Girardi were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree.
