Mid-America Real Estate Facilitates Sale of #1 Outback Steakhouse in Milwaukee MSA

The Mid-America Real Estate Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of 1.82 acres of land with an absolute net ground lease containing a 6,750 square foot Outback Steakhouse restaurant in the Milwaukee MSA. Vice President Matthew McParland and Principal Dan Rosenfeld were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Cobalt Partners, and local buyer, E&K Land, LLC. This Outback Steakhouse was sold at a 5.35% Cap Rate on In-Place Income.
