Highland Grove is a 100% leased shopping center located at the heart of the sub-regional trade area serving the northwest Indiana suburbs of Chicago. The center is anchored by Kohl’s, Burlington, Macy’s, Michaels, Petco, and Ulta, while also featuring an array of traffic-driving national tenants such as Five Below, Famous Footwear, Potbelly, Torrid, and Olive Garden. Highland Grove’s drawing power is further enhanced by shadow anchors Target, Best Buy, and Ashley Furniture.
