The property is located on West 95th Street, Evergreen Park’s main east/west thoroughfare one quarter mile west of the Western Avenue retail corridor encompassing approximately 2 million square feet of retail space. It is located next to OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center, and in close proximity to Walmart, Mariano’s, and the #1 Sam’s Club in Illinois.
